Dr. Tatarchuk was hosted by the GFRC and gave a seminar titled: “Opportunities for Scalable Gas-to-Liquid (GTL) Catalytic Conversion Platforms Utilizing Stranded Resources.” The seminar discussed the opportunities for scalable GTL systems, technological barriers, emerging solutions, and promising applications.This is the first seminar series of the GFRC in College Station Texas. It was held on April 24.

Dr. Bruce Tatarchuk is Charles E. Gavin III Endowed Professor at the Department of Chemical Engineering, Auburn University. He is the Director of the Microfibrous Materials Manufacturing Center. His research interests include: Microfibrous materials manufacturing; heterogeneous reactive systems and catalysis; fuel reforming/processing; fuel cell systems; and electrochemical systems and electrode materials.
